By understanding the importance of better listening, championing staff, and recognizing the strengths in team members, we have begun the process of transforming our managers into leaders.

Sheila... honest to ha-shem,,, I was thinking about you today, to let you know HOW far we have progressed...!! it would be a ton of WOWs...... I plan to call each month, to let you know that we are on track and have incorporated all that you taught us last year. Even, I am doing great...
