Sheila is able to cut to the heart of any situation quickly and recognize underlying issues that others may overlook. During our 8 year relationship, she has continually demonstrated an ability to assess people and identify areas on which to concentrate.  Sheila has the ability to discover an individual’s potential, nurture it, and give that person the resources needed to combine skills and talents into successful solutions.

For me, learning is a life long experience. Sheila’s coaching style has helped me visualize how and where to focus this learning process during each step of my career. Sheila is truly an amazing coach, mentor, advocate, and friend.
