I started out as a Special Education teacher for socially and emotionally disturbed kids, where I learned to pay respect to them or die. A little melodramatic? No. They taught me that any hint of judgment in the voice or the body was seen as an attack,
deserving of a defensive counterattack.

I honed my skills on these great kids and learned that they were just like everybody else, and more. Since then I have been teaching communication skills in Fortune 100-500 companies. As a theatrical director, I use my actors and the script to create reality on stage.
