With my colleague Susan Sussman, MCC, I have developed the FastTrack Coach Training Program, which was designed to help both businesses and individuals master the 11 International Coach Federation (ICF) Core Competencies. FastTrack meets the needs of

  1. Already-credentialed coaches
    • Already-credentialed coaches can use their FastTrack CEUs for re-certification or toward their new higher-level PCC/MCC credentialing requirements
  2. Individuals who want to become credentialed coaches
    • New coaches will acquire all the CEUs needed to apply for ICF’s ACC Credential*.
  3. Businesses that want their staff to learn the invaluable professional-coach skill set
    • Business Leaders will add the professional coach skill set to their Leadership Tool Box and can use these CEUs if they do apply for ICF certification.

FastTrack Coaching Hours Count

Get 60 hours toward

  1. ICF Certification or Recertification (International Coach Federation)
  2. IAAC Certification (Institute for the Advancement of ADHD Coaching)
  3. ACO Professional Membership (ADHD Coaches Organization)

FastTrack is highly Interactive

There are 24 sessions, each one lasting for two hours

  • 1 hour interacctive discussion of ICF Core Competencies
  • 1 hour of practice coaching

Four Coaching Labs - each 2 hours

Three one hour, one-on-one Mentoring Hours

Participants will:

  1. Learn the 11 Coach Federation (ICF) core competencies in depth
  2. Learn how the coaching skill set is used in the business environment
  3. Practice coaching and being coached
  4. Apply coaching practices to their work and lives

FastTrack coach training is well suited to corporations and individuals who want to move quickly to a new or advanced ICF coaching certification or to become a stronger leader

FastTrack coach training also works well for already-credentialed coaches to get CEU credits for ICF recertification. With new credentialing requirements for coaches seeking their MCC certification which went into affect in January 2007, applicants need additional live coaching practice and feedback on their coaching skills.

In addition, FastTrack coach training is also appropriate for individuals in business who want an intensive coaching course though they may not necessarily want to become a coach.
